Executive Summary

Building the network Verizon runs on — with the numbers to prove it.

I'm a people leader in the wireless industry with a background in Electrical Engineering and an MBA concentrated in Business Intelligence & Analytics. Over 12+ years at Verizon, I've moved from field engineering to national capital strategy — leading teams that keep the network reliable while modernizing how we plan, fund, and execute infrastructure work at scale.

My approach pairs engineering fundamentals with a data-first operating model: I use analytics to turn ambiguous, capital-constrained problems into standardized, fundable strategy — and I build teams that can execute it nationally.

Core Expertise

Where I Deliver Impact

01

Strategic & Financial Leadership

Own national capital portfolios exceeding $130M per year across 19 regions — translating engineering priorities into funded, executable strategy, and building forecasting models that hold up under budget pressure.

02

Data-Driven Innovation

Partner with AI & Data teams to modernize planning tools and embed automation into engineering workflows — replacing manual analysis with scalable, predictive decision-making.

03

Talent Development

Build development frameworks for engineers at every level, mentor emerging talent, and create clear pathways from junior to principal-level careers.

How I Lead

A different approach, grounded in speed, care, and evidence.

Build with Speed

I turn complex engineering problems into automated, repeatable solutions that scale across regions instead of one-off fixes.

Stay Customer-Obsessed

Every infrastructure decision is weighed against one question: does this protect network reliability for the customer on the other end of the call.

Lead with Care and Candor

I give my teams honest, direct feedback and invest in their growth — while advocating transparently for the resources markets need to succeed.

Drive Excellence with Data

I hold my teams to standards backed by evidence — using rigorous data quality and ROI analysis to justify every dollar spent.

12+ Years of Progressive Leadership at Verizon

2024 — Present

Associate Director, RAN Planning Engineering & Standards

Lead national RAN planning and Network Equipment Center construction strategy. Delivered multimillion-dollar infrastructure cost avoidance through alternative engineering solutions, designed a nationwide site-hardening strategy, and scaled energy-efficiency programs (solar, high-temp battery, rectifier optimization) generating $1M+ in annualized savings.

2019 — 2024

Senior Manager, Wireless NEC & MSC Construction

Managed a $200M capital budget while maintaining 100% infrastructure uptime for core wireless data centers. Consolidated two construction teams into one unified playbook and built a clear career development path from junior to senior engineer. Led a remote team of up to 12 engineers and analysts nationwide.

2018 — 2019

Network Assurance Supervisor, Brooklyn Cells

Led the least-experienced, highest cell-count team in the sub-market to top-tier network performance, contributing to NY Metro's RootMetrics and Nielsen wins in 2018. Directed a circuit upgrade project spanning 166 conversions and a full transition to Nokia AirScale infrastructure.

2016 — 2018

Embedded Base Senior Engineer

Managed regional battery and power plant upgrades in support of Verizon's network reliability promise. Led CRAN deployments across NYC and became the regional lead for FSM4 integration, overseeing 205 completed migrations in 2017.

2015 — 2016

RF Engineer

Became the regional RET champion, taking the network from 0% to 95%+ RET capability within 10 months and leaving a repeatable process in place to finish the rollout.

2014 — 2015

Outside Plant Engineer

Led the GPON network transition across Southern and Central Manhattan, reducing network troubles by more than 50%.

2013

Product Deployment Management Intern

Supported cross-departmental delivery of Video on Demand initiatives, reporting progress to key stakeholders across legal, financial, technical, and marketing teams.
